We decided to take a trip to South America a
month before we wanted to travel. This gave Trisha thee weeks to
complete and book the trip. Everything went perfectly. Everything
from the planning, to all of the
connecting flights and trains and busses went very smoothly.
Condor Travels was so great. Every connection that we had, we were
ushered by a Condor guide and driver and picked up by the same. All

wonderful first time at Breezes
Runaway Bay in Jamaica! The resort and staff
was so great! The rooms were clean and big. We would
love to go back to Breezes and stay a lot longer and get an

Cozumel is a gorgeous spot with it colorful bungalows, sparkling
pool and beautiful beach. The staff was courteous and
friendly. The buffets were abundant and the special
dinners extra special! The grounds are lush and well
maintained. I’d never been to an all inclusive resort and
I would recommend this one highly. I felt like I was in a
movie set sitting around the pool and beach!!

I am responsible for making the airline
reservations for the employees of our agency.
In order to be able to accommodate the employees with
their flight and meeting time, I must be able to have a travel
agent that is very knowledgeable about all aspects of travel.
I have certainly come to realize there is far more
involved in making travel arrangements than just ordering a
ticket.
I personally have been working with Travel
Agents Inc since 1996.
I usually deal with Traver Hulse who is always extremely
helpful in making airline reservations as well ascar rental
reservations when necessary. Traver has traveled our country
extensively and is able to answer any travel questions I may
have. Many times our
employees will be traveling into an area where you need to be
familiar with the airport, even ground travel; Traver is able to
obtain the information I need for the traveler. But whether I
speak with Traver or any other employee at Travel Agents Inc,
they are always friendly and ready to help in any way.
Since we are a state agency and obviously
need to operate within strict financial guidelines, Travel
Agents Inc has always made every effort to find the best price
on an airline ticket. On more than one occasion they have
contacted me to advise that if we order a ticket by a certain
date, our agency will save several dollars.

Riviera Cancun was truly everything we expected and more.
Beautiful accommodations in the Excellence Club Jr Suites was
worth every cent. The ocean view from the balcony

Alaska was wonderful. Our
guide, Sylvia, through Globus was better than we could have ever
imagined. We saw wonderful wildlife up close and got some great
pictures in Denali as well as boarded 2 boats to see whales and

Alaskan train to Fairbanks. From panning for gold and learning
about
the pipeline, to seeing the Iditarod dogs our trip was a once in
a
lifetime trip and one I won't forget. All of our arrangements

Dear Gary and Pat,
On behalf of all of us may I say a
big thank you to you both for
once
again giving us wine in
our cabin .You can be sure that it was very much appreciated
and enjoyed by all of us. We certainly did not drink as much
this cruise as the cost has gone up with the state of the
pound however we did do a wine package with 20% off which
means we recouped the awful 15% tax!!! We all thoroughly
enjoyed the cruise and were so lucky with the weather as the
sea was like a millpond for most of the time and we were
able to sit out in the sun nearly every day. NCL standards
were as usual, excellent and the food was good though we
only ate once in a specialty restaurant [unlike previous
times] as we felt the prices were high and there were no
special offers. It also looked to us that others were doing
the same as they seemed never to be full [the recession is
biting and to everyone] I was amazed how many Americans were
on the ship as it can be a poor weather cruise. All the
cities were really interesting but the cost of living is so
high in Scandinavia and even Tallin was dear, I felt sorry
for the people there and in St Petersberg. I hope that you
have returned to good health and are back enjoying your
holidays once again.! May I once again congratulate you on
your staff and say how attentive and helpful Alana and Donna
were at all times to me. Despite the miles, booking with
your company is a pleasure and all our arrangements were
trouble free. Thank you both once again. Perhaps we may meet
up again if you visit Europe once more.

Our trip was amazing! We drove/railed all over France, spent
time in the Swiss Alps, ran over to Italy for one night Lago

some of our veterans, Suzette France is more beautiful than any

The resort
and the wedding were perfect! The staff at Moon Palace are
exceptional, the food was great, and the rooms were

2009 in beautiful Playa Del Carmen. I would like to

The Oklahoma Department of
Commerce is considered to be one of the largest Oklahoma Government
agencies accounts for airfare. As the economic development arm
of government for Oklahoma, our employees literally travel across
the world to promote economic growth in Oklahoma.
Unfortunately, I would say that 45% of the original flights are
changed at least once and sometimes several times. This doubles or
triples the work, not necessarily the dollars.
Travel Agents Inc. manages to
work with our employees and their demanding schedules. Travel
Agents Inc. employees never complain; they make very few mistakes
and they always provide a wonderful customer service attitude to our
employees. In fact, due largely to the excellent service
Travel Agents Inc. provides, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce has
standardized our air travel by using one vendor only. Of course,
that vendor is Travel Agents, Inc.
Don't get me wrong, Travel Agents
Inc is not perfect. Errors will occur due to the large volume, but
the vendor is easy to work with when correcting any problems and the
same problem rarely occurs more than once.
Since standardizing with one
travel agent, Travel Agents Inc has made every effort to know our
frequent flyers and their particular demands. This customer service
attitude is rarely seen with a statewide contract vendor. I have
only been with the Department of Commerce for the last four years,
but it has been refreshing to work with a vendor of such high
caliber as Travel Agents Inc during that time.

work with for state travel for our agency employees. I am the
travel coordinator for airfare travels for our agency and in
charge of the use of the State travel p-card. I have
