On behalf of our friends, the Chaneys, my husband and myself, we want to thank you, Donna, for all your help in planning our vacation to Cancun this year. You were ever so patient to answer all of our questions and respond to all of our phone calls. We had a great trip filled with lasting fun memories. The Gran Caribe Real was a beautiful resort. The service and food was excellent. Lots of excursions put together by Roberto, the Worry Free representative, helped make the stay in Cancun great fun.

I wanted to write and thank you for all your help and concern during my recent trip to Las Vegas for the Miss America Pageant. My trip would have been a disaster with my hotel catching on fire the day I arrived but instead you had everything handled and helped me get relocated before I even had time to realize what had actually happened. Because of your commitment and caring, nothing was interrupted and my trip could not have been more enjoyable! And then this past week you informed me I will be receiving a refund from the hotel and I know this is only because you pursued the issue and went the extra mile for me. We just don't think there is anyone better in the business than Trish. When we get ready to go, all we do is let her know what time of year we'd like to go, a general idea of a destination ..because most of the time we don't know where we want to go yet and that's it. But, Trish has ALWAYS came through with just the right resort or cruise for us.....amazing!
Here's the funny part, for as long as we've had Trisha make our travel arrangements, we never met her! Everything is done through e-mail and fax!!, we don't have to do a thing...just send a note and here we go. She lets us know what places we might want to avoid and what places we might want to see, and all she knows about us is what we tell her in our e-mail!! I can't say enough good things about her, you sir...are a lucky man! As soon as your web site testimonial page is up, we'll visit that also.
