Our trip was amazing! We drove/railed all over France, spent
time in the Swiss Alps, ran over to Italy for one night Lago
Maggiore and ate at the restaurant Le Jules Verne on the Eiffel
Tower. Normandy was spectacular and it meant so much to talk to
some of our veterans, Suzette France is more beautiful than any
post card can print. It was all so wonderful! We plan to go back
in 2 years.

had been in touch with another Travel Agent seeking assistance
in booking a trip to Mexico for our wedding. That agency
was less than helpful. I called Travel Agents Inc and spoke with
Trisha! Wow, she is enthusiastic, responsive and

We booked
our trip in November of 2008 to go to the Moon Place in Cancun
May 16, 2009 to May 23, 2009. Well as we all know now that
was at height of the Swine Flu scare. Trisha was inundated with
clients calling in with concerns for their future travel.
During this time she was absolutely professional! We kept
out reservations and I am so happy that we did! Thanks

The resort
and the wedding were perfect! The staff at Moon Palace are
exceptional, the food was great, and the rooms were
wonderful! I recommend this resort for just a vacation and
without a doubt for a wedding. The wedding coordinators
and photographers are great!

married on May 1st,
2009 in beautiful Playa Del Carmen. I would like to
personally think Trisha for handling not only all of our
travel arrangements for all of our family and friend, but
helping us so much with our wedding! When I got to
Mexico, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Trisha
had everything handled for me and all I had to do was lay
back and relax with a margarita in my hand by the beach. I
had no idea where I wanted to go but Trisha found us the
perfect location for our wedding. The hotel was so
amazing!!! From our service at the hotel down to every last

in Cancun it was a very pleasurable experience. The staff at

have imagined. Every restaurant we ate at was very
delightful and had a wonderful atmosphere. We brought my
husband's parents that celebrated their fifty year

May 31, 2008 in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Thanks to
Trisha, our stay was better than we could ever imagine! She
helped us tremendously in choosing what part of Mexico and which

been to Puerto Vallarta before and was able to honestly tell us
the good and bad of each hotel as well as show us her photos
from when she was there. We ended up choosing Vallarta Palace,

friends and family to help pay for our excursions while in

The Oklahoma Department of
Commerce is considered to be one of the largest Oklahoma Government
agencies accounts for airfare. As the economic development arm
of government for Oklahoma, our employees literally travel across
the world to promote economic growth in Oklahoma.
Unfortunately, I would say that 45% of the original flights are
changed at least once and sometimes several times. This doubles or
triples the work, not necessarily the dollars.
Travel Agents Inc. manages to
work with our employees and their demanding schedules. Travel
Agents Inc. employees never complain; they make very few mistakes
and they always provide a wonderful customer service attitude to our
employees. In fact, due largely to the excellent service
Travel Agents Inc. provides, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce has
standardized our air travel by using one vendor only. Of course,
that vendor is Travel Agents, Inc.
Don't get me wrong, Travel Agents
Inc is not perfect. Errors will occur due to the large volume, but
the vendor is easy to work with when correcting any problems and the
same problem rarely occurs more than once.
Since standardizing with one
travel agent, Travel Agents Inc has made every effort to know our
frequent flyers and their particular demands. This customer service
attitude is rarely seen with a statewide contract vendor. I have
only been with the Department of Commerce for the last four years,
but it has been refreshing to work with a vendor of such high
caliber as Travel Agents Inc during that time.

Travel Agents, Inc. has been the vendor we
work with for state travel for our agency employees. I am the
travel coordinator for airfare travels for our agency and in
charge of the use of the State travel p-card. I have
worked mainly with Traver Hulse. Mr. Hulse has always been
very quick to respond and has kept me informed of the TSA
requirements as they change due to security guidelines for
travelers.
Mr. Hulse, along with the other staff
members at Travel Agents, Inc, have always been most helpful in
providing information and advice on flight options. Their
customer service is superb. They are always friendly,

communications about flights booked are always provided
immediately after booking. Quotes are received immediately
upon request. They have a quick turnaround on all

getting flights rebooked when obstacles out of our control, such
as weather, present themselves.
