TERMS and CONDITIONS: The terms and conditions set forth
herein are the sole contract between Travel Agents Incorporated, ("TAI") located
at 9415 North May Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. 73120 phone 405-752-5252, and the
traveler(s). Payments for airline and/or tour packages are accepted by "TAI"
with the understanding that participant(s) (travelers) have been made aware of, and agree
to all conditions of this agreement prior to participant sending "TAI" monies or
credit card authorization. "TAI" acts only as an agent in capacity for air
carriers, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers of services and shall not be held
responsible for any injury or for any loss or damage caused by accident or event beyond
their control, or by any action or negligence of attendants or third parties who are not
in their employ. "TAI" can accept no responsibility for losses or additional
expenses due to delay or changes in air, sea or other services, sickness, weather, strike,
war ,quarantine or other causes. The right is reserved to make adjustments in the
itinerary. Prices are based on current tariffs and exchange rates are subject to
adjustments in the event of any change therein. The right is reserved to accept or decline
any member of the tour. Acceptance of voucher or ticket shall be deemed to be consent to
the above conditions. Airlines concerned, their agents and affiliates are not to be held
responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are aboard the
aircraft. The passenger ticket in use by said airlines when issued shall constitute the
sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tickets and/or traveler.
BAGGAGE: Baggage limits vary by airline. Generally, each
passenger has a baggage allowance of 50 lb., not exceeding 2 check-in pieces per person
and 1 carry-on. Please verify with your airline for their most up to date
policies.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation policies vary by tour operator.
Generally, the closer to departure that a trip is canceled, the greater the cancellation
fee. Cancellation requests must be received in writing prior to departure. For
all
bookings, a processing fee of $100.00 per person will be charged for each canceled booking.
This processing fee is in addition to any tour operator imposed fees. Processing of
refunds generally takes 4 to 6 weeks after departure date but vary by tour operator. After
departure from home to your vacation, there will be no refund for any unused portion
including hotels, tour companies, pre-purchased excursions, airline services, etc.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you
purchase a complete travel insurance program for the protection of your health, property
(luggage), and your trip payments. This protection is available from many sources. At your
request, we will supply you with information regarding this protection. Your signature
below indicates that you have been advised that Trip Cancellation Protection is available
and recommended.
DOCUMENTATION: Travel to foreign countries requires U.S.
citizens to carry proper proof of citizenship such as a valid Passport. Proof of citizenship requirements are the responsibility of the
individual traveler. Failure to provide proper proof of citizenship documentation could
result in denied boarding and no refunds will be made.
