We have just been notified by our Carnival Cruise Line rep about a Rate Increase effective March 22, 2010. She also states the following: " We still have Early Saver rates on our short cruise products for most of the summer but it will close soon!  (Early saver rates close out at 3 months prior to sailing for 3/4/5 day cruises and 5 months prior to sailing on 7 day & longer).  The Early Saver fare code will guarantee your customer the lowest rate with a non-refundable deposit."
