What is All-Inclusive Travel?
All-inclusive vacations are designed to take some of the stress
away related to unexpected expenses incurred during your vacations
and create a more "worry free" environment. Your basic all-inclusive
travel provides one price for all your meals, drinks, tips and
accommodations. Talk to us about some of the different categories
and budget levels available:
- Couples All-Inclusive - Set in a more romantic environment, these
properties cater to couples. There are no children around the
property. Different properties have different "inclusive" items
which can range from choices of romantic restaurants, watersports
including scuba, catamaran cruises, golf, horseback riding, and
more.
- Family All-Inclusive - Will tend to have a more carnival or
festive family atmosphere. "Inclusive" items here can include
extravagant pools: waterslides, waterfalls, even private waterparks,
watersports and kids "clubs".
- Gourmet Inclusive - Offers a lot of what the couples and family
all-inclusives have with a focus on fine dining and premium
beverages, star chefs, and quality service.
- Unlimited Luxury Inclusive - The name says it all! Luxury setting,
beautiful architecture and gardens, extraordinary service, fitness
center, spas, and more.

Family All-inclusive Travel: The Best of All Worlds
All-Inclusive Travel for a family means fun for all at a reasonable price. Most of the properties are located at great beach locations and have beautiful pools. This form of travel allows the parents and kids to get just what they need out of a vacation. Family all-inclusive resorts have so many activities and kids programs that the kids can keep stimulated and parents can sit back and get some much needed relaxation time. Kids enjoy bingo, scavenger hunts, beach parties, and much more. Families can spend time doing their own quality activities then come together to enjoy meals and evening entertainment together. All guests have snacks, meals and drinks included in the price of the trip. Not having to buy and tote around food for the kids is a big selling point for parents. If your child wants another specialty fruit drink, it will not cost extra. Also, because of the "family" environment, there are great food choices on the menus for kids and they can feel welcome in the restaurants. Everyone can relax and enjoy!

A Fun New Way for Families to Show and Share Thanks
Have you ever heard of a Thanksgiving Tree? Some schools use this
as classroom decorations for the holidays, but it is such a nice
idea many families have taken to creating one at home. There are
many ways to get creative with this project, but here is the basic
idea. Create a poster with a tree trunk and branches. Cut out
construction paper leaves of fall colors. Then each day during the
season each family member can write an item they are thankful for
and attach it to the tree. At the end of the season your tree will
be full of leaves and full of thanks!

Tips for Managing Your Waistline During The Holidays
It seems so many people gain weight during the holiday season and then
spend January and February trying to work that weight off. Since
managing your weight can be challenging with all the parties, family
festivities and travel, try these tips to maintain your current
weight during the holidays:
- Keep consistent with your exercise routine - even when traveling.
You can find simple exercises that do not require special equipment
and can keep your heart rate up and keep you fit.
- Don't skip meals - with the thought you can save the calories for
more holiday lunch or dinner. This theory only makes you more hungry
and tends to make you eat double and splurge on more fattening
foods.
- Keep busy - sitting around time tends to be grazing time for
snacks and sweets. Create some fun traditions that do not revolve
around food.
- Eat a light snack before going to holiday parties - it is not a
good idea to arrive at a party famished.
- Stay away from holiday buffet tables - where your eyes become
bigger than your stomach and it is too easy to overeat. This is
especially important while staying in hotels over the holidays.
- Drink lots of water - always good advice when traveling and all
during the year. Water keeps you hydrated, helps detoxify your body,
helps your metabolism and most importantly fills you up so you will
not overeat.
