2) EMAIL us your request using the order form at the bottom of this page. Remember we will need your departure city, destination, exact travel dates, any flexibility you may have, number of travelers and any other details we may need in order to provide you with a quote.

3) OUR QUOTE should be returned to you within 1-2 business days. There is NO OBLIGATION.

4) IF YOU DECIDE TO BOOK,  FAX US the completed Credit Card Authorization Form and Terms and Conditions to 405-752-7020.

5) WE WILL CONFIRM your reservation within 1 business day after receiving your completed paperwork.

6) YOUR INVOICE-ITINERARY will be mailed to you in about a week.

7) TRAVEL DOCUMENTS will be shipped to you via US Mail or DHL Overnight Express (small fee) approx. 7-14 days prior to departure.

8) REVIEW YOUR DOCUMENTS for accuracy as soon as you receive them.
